Ariel has almost three decades of experience in finance, with 20 years as a Chief Finance Officer (CFO). He has served as CFO of listed Philippine companies handling fund raising initiatives and various mergers and acquisitions. He has a wide range of expertise in audit, finance, IT and management working with the leading auditing firm and the largest conglomerates in the Philippines. He is well-versed with the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business, the ports industry, manufacturing and pharmaceutical.

In his stint as CFO he has raised more than $ 300 million either in debt or equity and has worked on M & A deals valued at more than $100 million.
Ariel finished his bachelor’s degree in Accounting in Colegio De San Juan de Letran and completed the Management Development Program of the Asian Institute of Management. He also attended an Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
